3. Event Promo

• Submit a ½ page advertisement (horizontal - 7 ½”w x 4 ½”h; .jpg or .eps, no bleed to be placed in the event programme. The best digital image size is 1200 x 628 pixels (72 dpi)). The same ad will be used in advance of the event on the conference website and on promotional loop on screen during event at intervals
